Jay is a furniture restorer and upcycler who manages the expert repairers & restorers at The Repair Shop (2017).

He was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2021 Queen's Birthday Honours List for his services to Craft. He is a Furniture Restorer, Designer and Presenter in Wolverhampton, Shropshire, England.
