Westly Heart Monroe

Born in Palmdale, California, Westly's life was rife with tragedy. Vowing to turn his life around, Westly left to Los Angeles to pursue a life in film and television. Once there, he met his business partner Johnny Haure, and together they started Rodeo Celestial Productions. Their production company focuses on telling stories in which minority groups are the center pieces. He has starred in various stage and film programs, often writing and producing them himself.
