Chris Karabas

Chris' career in advertising has touched a variety of categories; musician, editor, and sales rep for some of the industry's top names. The pursuit of creativity is his motivating force. During his 20 years of representing talent, he saw a lot of changes in advertising. The challenge was no longer to have the best commercial. Brands now had to compete with other forms of entertainment to capture an audience's attention. His passion for advertising that entertained lead to a career change. He left his rep career to help start The Ridley Scott Creative Group which set out to utilize Hollywood caliber talent and offer it to brands. It was during this time he had a chance meeting, on a sidewalk in LA, with Zach Braff. The two of them talked, and within 2 weeks Zach was directing his first commercial campaign with the company. Shortly after, Chris & Zach collaborated on a short brand film for Adobe that went on to receive numerous awards including a Cannes Lion.

It was another exceptional experience and it lead to the two of them reuniting to form Revival. Chris has an eye for talent, the discipline for business, and a gut instinct for a good idea. His hope for Revival is to work with brave agencies and brands that are willing to take a small chance for big returns. Chris is also a songwriter/singer who frequents Nashville to record and pitch his songs. His proudest achievement is his family. He lives with his wife, Margie, twins (Chloe and Luke) and daughter (Phoebe). Rounding out the family roster are their cat Willie Nelson and their dog Banjo.
