Jillian Dion is a Canadian born actress based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Originally from Alberta, She is of Plains Cree, Metis and French Canadian descent, adopted and raised in a Dene/Metis household learning about and practicing the languages and traditions from an early age.
She discovered acting through an open casting call in Albuquerque, NM while attending the Gathering of nations at age 18, first appearing in the mini-series Into the West.
