Sani Baladi

Sani Baladi is an award winning Film Composer, Music Producer and Songwriter from Hamburg, Germany. His work has been featured on MTV, Amazon Prime, ARD, NDR 2 and many more TV and radio channels. After listening to Hans Zimmer's Score for Christopher Nolan's "Inception", he discovered Film Music and fell in love with every aspect of it. Coming from a film family, with his grandfather being a successful film director, he knew from early on that this was the path he wanted to take. At the age of 19 he packed his bags and moved to Los Angeles on his own to pursue his career and study music at Santa Monica College. He then moved to London to learn more about his passion and after spending time in London exploring the world of music he moved back to Los Angeles to study at Musicians Institute in Hollywood after receiving a Film Music scholarship. Sani lives in Los Angeles and travels around the world to learn about local music cultures and techniques to include those in his own scores.
