Trilan Shastri is a Writer, Director, Executive Producer, Line Producer, Post-Production Supervisor, and Editor working in Sri Lanka. He began his career as an Assistant Director on Prasanna Vithanage's Silence in the Courts (2015) and later worked on Her. Him. The Other (2017) and Gaadi (2019), which premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. He served as the Sri Lankan Production Coordinator for Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan (2022). His line production credits include Paradise (2023), winner of the Kim Jiseok Award at the Busan International Film Festival, and Vimukthi Jayasundara's Spying Stars (2025). Most recently, he served as Executive Producer on Rani (2025) by Asoka Handagama and Devi Kusumasana (2025) by Jayantha Chandrasiri.
