- Wendy Rollin is an author, storyteller, podcast host, producer, and filmmaker. She graduated summa cum laude from Cuyahoga Community College, where she discovered her love for documentary filmmaking and screenwriting. Her first filmmaking experience was directing the award-winning documentary Emily.
Wendy’s creative work has grown to include books for children, middle grade readers, and adults. She is the author of imaginative children’s and middle grade stories, including spooky adventures, magical tales, and character-driven books centered on courage, mystery, family, and hope. Her children’s work has also earned recognition on Amazon’s Best Sellers list, further establishing her as a growing voice in children’s literature.
She is also the author of the faith-based memoir A Mother’s Journey: Held by Faith, a deeply personal true story about motherhood, tragedy, trauma, healing, and the sustaining presence of God.
In addition to writing and filmmaking, Wendy is the host of Held by Faith: The Podcast, where she shares scripture reflections, faith-centered conversations, personal testimony, and stories of hope and healing. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, writing, fitness training, and practicing martial arts
