Ariel Butwyna

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Ariel moved to Spain with his family in his early teens. After studying acting at the ESAD Asturias and working with several professional theatre companies, he moved to Madrid and trained in Physical Theatre (Lecoq technique). Whilst training he did his first TV appearance in the show "The Avatars" (Disney Channel Italy) and worked in numerous short films and features films such as "E.C.O.", "El Agujero" and "Bollywood Made in Spain" (Goya nominee). In 2014 he moved to London to continue with his training at ArtsEd and then graduating with an MA in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Since then Ariel portrayed the role of Juan Pérez in the awarded soap "Hollyoaks" (Channel 4), filmed the TV pilots "La Princesa de Woking"(BBC2) and "The Vitches", voiced young Anton Castillo in "Far Cry: Rise of the Revolution" (Ubisoft/Audible) and worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
