Biography

Trained in New York City, he works across television and film, with credits spanning the United States and Europe. His recent work includes the sci-fi series The Ark (2026), Miss Scarlet (2026), FBI: International (2025), Martin Scorsese Presents: The Saints (2024), and the upcoming period series Pupin (2026). He performs primarily in English, Serbian, and Croatian. He recently wrapped up filming the anti war drama The Line (Linija) which is set to premiere in September 2026, and a crime drama series Blue Blood (Plava Krv), set to premiere at the end of 2026.

Ivan was born in Belgrade, then the capital of Yugoslavia, and lived between Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia before relocating to New York City.

Ivan's interest in acting began in a community theater inspired by absurdist fiction writers, including Eugène Ionesco, Jean-Paul Sartre, and Daniil Kharms.

His family background includes Croatian, Montenegrin, Serbian, German, Czech, and Italian heritage.
