Biography

Annette C. Hull is a managing partner of AnnWar Productions, a Las Vegas, Nevada-based LLC. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from California State University, San Bernardino, and her graduate degree from the University of Redlands, Annette embarked on a 15-year career as an educator and sports medicine practitioner.

During this time, she began engaging in a series of business ventures; the most notable of which was her ownership of a regional sports franchise, the Tri-Cities Rattlers Football Organization, in Kennewick, Washington. Annette's ability to develop relationships with community leaders, business owners, and community members was instrumental in establishing the Tri-Cities franchise and the Inland Northwest Football League.

In 2004, as the General Manager of the Rattler franchise, she had complete oversight of the organization's day-to-day operations, brand development, and team and league marketing and publicity. In addition, her relationship with the local media helped negotiate a regional radio and television broadcasting and distribution package for the Rattlers and the league, the first of its kind for a minor league sports conference.

In 2015, AnnWar Productions launched the Las Vegas International Film and Screenwriting Festival. The venture aims to provide a forum for talented filmmakers to be recognized for their work, creativity, and achievement. In addition, Annette develops and oversees AnnWar Productions' equity and crowd-funding platforms, marketing strategies, and public relationships programs.

A successful documentary filmmaker, Annette has produced several historical feature-length documentaries, including A Band to Honor - The Story of the USS Arizona Band - From USS Arizona Survivor to Unsung American Hero - The Lou Conter Story and A Man in the Middle the story of Mike Webster, a 17-year veteran of the National Football League and Hall of Fame football player for the Pittsburgh Steelers who became "patient zero" for the discovery of the chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).

Annette holds her Producing Certificate from the University of California at Los Angeles.
