- Erkan Taskiran was born in Wuppertal, Germany. He is a producer, known forThe Longest Night (2023), Stiletto 'A Pink Family Tragedy' (2021), and The Theory of Almodóvar (2017). He studied Communication Sciences at Ege University in Izmir, Turkey. His films were selected and received awards from numerous national and international film festivals, notably the 65th BFI London Film Festival and the International Dublin Film Festival.
