Pasquale Roedel is a director and producer with more than 15 years of experience across television, live entertainment, music, esports and large-scale event productions. His work combines creative visual storytelling with the precision and leadership required to deliver complex productions in real time.

Throughout his career, Roedel has contributed to an extensive range of high-profile productions, including The Voice of Germany, The Masked Singer, Germany's Next Topmodel, Let's Dance, Die Höhle der Löwen, Deutschland sucht den Superstar, Schlag den Star, Bratwurst & Baklava - Die Show, the ECHO Awards, Helene Fischer's stadium production, DJ BoBo: EVOLUT30N - Live in Berlin, Channel Aid and the PUBG Global Invitational Berlin.

His international experience extends from major European television and entertainment productions to live events in the Middle East, including Angham: A Night of Love, a New Year's Eve broadcast from Riyadh featuring Angham and Toni Braxton.
