Biography

Rana Shemirani is a Vancouver-based writer, indie producer, and sketch comic. She has over 15 years of experience in film, journalism, and radio. A grant recipient of the CMPA mentorship program, Canada Council for the Arts grant and Creative BC grant. Her work has spanned three cities, from producing and directing scripted content for platforms NGO's in Geneva and News Talk Radio in Toronto and Vancouver.
