  • Linda Maria Girón is a queer Guatemalan-american actor, playwright, musician and visual artist from Los Angeles, known for Golden (2022), I, Madeline (2017) and the upcoming polyamorous ghost story rom-com Dead in Love.

    On stage, Linda has performed, devised and produced new work for theaters across the Bay Area. Notable stage credits include Julia in the west coast premiere of Eliana Pipes' "DREAM HOU$E" at Shotgun Players (Berkeley, CA), Teresa in the world premiere of Diana Burbano's "Ghosts of Bogotá" at AlterTheater (San Rafael, CA), and Charlotte in the regional premiere of Bathsheba Doran' "The Mystery of Love and Sex" at the New Conservatory Theater Center (San Francisco, CA).

    As a playwright, Linda's work has been commissioned, developed and staged with Crowded Fire Theater, PianoFight, Town Hall Theater, the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts, City Streets Artists, Latinx Mafia, 3 Girls' Theatre, Playwrights' Center of San Francisco, and even UNO Theater (Omaha, NE). In 2022, their play "amémonos//let us love each other" was a recognized Finalist in the Bay Area Playwrights' Festival and a Semi-finalist for the American Blues Theater's Blue Ink Award.
