Stephen Roach is a London, UK based multi award winning Director, Cinematographer, Editor & Producer known for Directing and filming the horror films Rise of the Rats (2026) and The Crucifix: Blood of the Exorcist (2025) as well as the true life British Crime Drama Cookster: The Darkest Days (2024) . Stephen has also provided his Cinematography skills on films such as the Sci Fi Dystopian feature film Gods of Their Own Religion (2023) the crime drama Thirteen Cars and the multi award winning fantasy drama Ill Fares the Land (2023) . Stephen won the award for 'Best First-Time Director Feature Film' at the 'London Director Awards 2025' and also won 'Best Director Feature Film' at the 'Director Talents Movie Awards 2025' for his directorial debut Cookster: The Darkest Days (2024) which also won 'Best Crime Feature' at the 'London Independent Film Festival 2024'. Stephen has also won 'Best Director' at the 'Art Film Spirit Awards 2025' and 'Best Cinematography' at the 'LA International Art Film Fest 2026' for his art house horror film The Crucifix: Blood of the Exorcist (2025) .
