Shirly Lev(I)

Shirly Lev was born June 18, 1985 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to a Jewish family of German, Bulgarian, Syrian and Iraqi origin. At the age of four she moved with her family to Israel and lived there until 2016. She started dancing at the early 90's and joined the "Nadin Bommer Dance company" (1994-2007) where she participated in shows and competitions in Israel, New York and Italy. She served in the IDF as a psycho-technical diagnostician. Shirly had her 3 years theater studies in the "Nissan Nativ Acting School" and right after continued to study literature, cinema and writing in the "Open University of Israel". During those years of studies she worked in many theater projects as an actress, dancer, choreographer, director assistant and projects manager. She speaks Hebrew, English, German, Portuguese and a little bit of French. She plays guitar and piano. Since 2016 shirly lives and works in Berlin.
