Nikkie Bendross [aka Nikkie B.] was born in 1976 in Miami, Florida and is the Founder & CEO of Nikkie's Guide to a Healthier Lifestyle, LLC. She is also a loving wife and mother but most importantly, she is a woman of faith. Her enthusiasm and love for life is contagious! Nikkie is a gluten-free baker, inspirational speaker, life coach and internet radio show host. What's more, she believes in helping and educating people from all walks of life.
