Biography

Capucine Valmary was born in 2001 in Carcassonne, France. In 2016, at the age of 14, she made her film debut in Cigarettes et chocolat chaud, directed by Sophie Reine. The following year, in 2017, she made her first television appearance in the series Paris etc., directed by Zabou Breitman. In 2018, at 16 years old, she was accepted into the prestigious free theater class (Classe Libre) at Cours Florent, joining the 40th Promotion. In 2019, she landed one of the lead roles in the series Infidèle, directed by Didier Le Pêcheur. That same year, she played the main character, Yaël Lebon, in the TV series La Dernière Vague, and also portrayed Jessica in Les Bracelets Rouges, aired on TF1. She was also selected for the Talents Cannes Adami Cinéma program and appeared in a short film directed by Swann Arlaud. In 2021, she played Diane Mathure in the serie OVNI(s) by Antony Cordier. In 2022, she starred alongside José Garcia and André Dussollier in Anne Le Ny's thriller Le Torrent. For her performance, she was nominated for the Most Promising Actress award at the 2023 César Awards. In 2023, she portrayed Louise of France in Maïwenn's film, acting opposite Johnny Depp. In 2024, she played the role of Sixtine in the TV movie Bénie soit Sixtine, directed by Sophie and broadcast on France 2. For this performance, she received the Best Female Revelation Award at the Festival de la Fiction in La Rochelle. That same year, she played Lou in the series La Famille Rose, broadcast on OCS Canal+.
