- Palak Kayath is an actress known for her work in the films 1869-When India Faced the Worst, Widow's Shadow, Hearts Awash in Sapphire Light, and Middle Finger. She has trained in the classical Indian dance form Kathak as well as the Rajasthani folk styles Bhavai and Kalbeliya, performing on national stages since the age of six. With an extensive background in theatre, she has been a passionate theatre activist in Udaipur. For the film 1869-When India Faced the Worst, she received the Best Actress award at the International Short Film Festival, Kolkata, in 2021. Her debut feature film is currently in production.
