Nate Strayer

Nate Strayer is an American writer, director, producer, and entrepreneur best known as the founder and CEO of Stray Vista Studios, a Texas-based production company recognized for its pioneering use of Virtual Production. Strayer's narrative work spans feature films, episodic TV and, most notably True to Texas, a short film created with George Lane in collaboration with Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson, Dennis Quaid, and Renée Zellweger and directed by Nic Pizzolatto to promote Texas's film industry. While Stray Vista has also produced award-winning commercial and experiential projects for major brands, Strayer's passion remains in narrative projects. He completed his first feature film as Writer/Director in 2021, Outlier, which then allowed him to start Stray Vista Studios where he has served as producer on many narrative projects.
