Shane Jarvie-Kohn

Shane Jarvie-Kohn is an award winning audio professional, specializing in sound post-production. This includes sound design for film and television in addition to mixing and mastering records. Shane has used his firsthand experience accumulated from cross-genre music projects, freelance sound work, mentoring and past studies at RMIT University to craft work of high quality production. Within the first year of his sound design career he received an ASSG award for Best Sound for a Short Animated Film for his work with sound production company Dead on Sound for Wabi Sabi Studio's 2018 film 'Lost and Found'. Shane works passionately as a freelance sound designer and engineer, while also appearing in many of his own musical projects around Melbourne.
