Trish Appello

Trish Appello is a Filmmaker from Long Island, New York. She started her Independent filmmaking career in her mid-fifties by working on Film Sets & Film Festivals. Her hard work has garnered her much respect in the Long Island Independent Film Community. She has served as coordinator for the Long Island International Film Expo, as a Board Member and Secretary for the Long Island Film/TV Foundation, and served as Producer on the short "Couple of Guys" and as Associate Producer on the feature "Honor Amongst Men." She voiced the lead in the very funny adult animated series "Ditmars'. She loves being in front of the camera, equally as working behind the scenes. She graduated from UCLA Extension, receiving a Certificate in Independent Film Producing. Trish proudly served as Associate Producer on the WEDU/PBS Documentary "The Sarasota Experience." Next up for Trish is Executive Producing her creation, the funny and important mockumentary short film "The EffYou 50s". Trish is currently working on a comedic series she created, "Chapter 50," which showcases women 50+ as they enter their (B)oldest era yet.
