Biography

Hayley Dickinson was born in Coventry, United Kingdom. After finding a love for both cinema and storytelling, Hayley studied BA Film Production followed by MA Filmmaking at The University for the Creative Arts. Originally starting in music videos, Hayley's first directing debut, 'Vicious Words'. A narrative music video to Chris Tye's single from the album, 'The Paper Grenade'. Winning Best Music Video at TMC London Film Festival (June 2016) and Best Director and Best Music Video at International Monthly Film Festival (June 2016). Continuing a path of directing and screenwriting, Hayley has created other short films, including This Is Just a Rehearsal (2020) and Next Time (2022). Hayley is now developing feature and television screenplays/pilots, such as 'Olivia' and 'Three Ways from Sunday'. Hayley also worked on feature films and high end television as a Video Operator, on productions such as Wicked: For Good (2025), The Night Manager (Season 2) (2026) and Amazon's highly anticipated Tomb Raider series (TBC).
