Biography

Sara De La Haya was born in Panama City, Florida, to military parents. Before she finished kindergarten, Sara had lived in Anchorage, Alaska, and then Bossier City, Louisiana, where her parents retired.

It was obvious that Sara had a vivid imagination and a love of the arts from a young age. She is a classically trained dancer and completed her training with esteemed teachers under the Royal Academy of Dance.

Sara loves and supports independent filmmakers, having performed in and produced titles such as Beast, Beast (2020), Rattled (2020), Faye (2021) and Roger Must Die (2022.)

Sara is represented by Dawn & George Landrum of Landrum Arts.
