Her many rôles included working for the diplomatic corps, as a journalist, a magazine editor, TV interviewer, personnel director, translator, and non-executive for which she earned an OBE, and chairman for which she was rewarded a CBE. She lived with
Kyril Zinovieff for the last 16 years of his life.
