Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Courtney Gonzalez was born in Modesto, California to Linda Gonzalez and Jaime Gonzalez. Courtney has two sisters, one brother, three nephews and one niece.

When Courtney was a baby her family moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where Courtney was home-schooled before attending, and graduated from, The Classical Academy. As a singer, dancer, and stage actor, she grew up participating in church productions and worship teams, women's and mixed voice choirs and ensembles, and was a semi-finalist for Southern Colorado Idol after high school. Courtney was a writer, editor, and photographer on TCA's Titanium Newspaper, and was a photographer for the yearbook. While in school, she played a pirate in Alley Cat Theater's production of Peter Pan. As a singer, Courtney has performed the National Anthem at The Classical Academy, Air Force Academy, Colorado College, the Annual Colorado Balloon Classic.

In 2013 Courtney graduated with her Associate of Arts degree from Pikes Peak Community (now State) College. From 2013 to 2017 she worked as a flight attendant for two major airlines and was based in Denver, Miami, and New York. In 2018 Courtney joined SAG-AFTRA and focused solely on the film industry and on completing her BA. The first project Courtney landed as a SAG-AFTRA actress was Knives Out, in which she was a stand-in, photo-double, and featured background.

In 2021, during COVID-19, Courtney moved back to Colorado and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Film with an Emphasis in Screenwriting from Grand Canyon University. In 2022, Courtney edited "Scarlet and The Kingdom of Gealach: Book Two" written by HD Olson and published in Nov 2022.

While in Colorado, the first film she worked on was Sirona (2023), on which she was given the chance to be a script supervisor, production assistant, set dresser, and additional crew member. This was the first of several films Courtney has had the honor of working on in Colorado. She has experience as a director and assistant director, script supervisor, screenwriter, production manager and production assistant, set decorator and dresser, props master, associate producer, craft services, sound department, art department, camera department, graphic design, and more.

She is always looking for the next opportunity to learn and try something new.

As an actress, some of Courtney&#39;s biggest inspirations are Maggie Lawson, Kate Winslet, Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Morrison, Angie Harmon, Hugh Jackman, Dick Van Dyke, Julie Andrews, Doris Day, Shirley Jones.

Gained experience in stage managing and assistant stage managing while in the dance program at Pikes Peak Community College.

Received her Associate of Arts degree from Pikes Peak Community College in 2013.

Courtney was a member of the High Altitude Dance Ensemble at PPCC for two years before graduating in 2013.

Courtney is known for bringing Uno to set.

Received her Bachelor of Arts in Digital Film with an Emphasis in Screenwriting from Grand Canyon University in 2021. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, with honors, and while on the Dean&#39;s List.

Was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Francine in &quot;Promotion&quot; at Wake Up Pueblo&#39;s 72 Hour Film Festival 2022.

Looks up to Meghan Markel, Mariska Hargitay, Sutton Foster, Lauren Graham, Dick VanDyke, Julie Andrews, and Audrey Hepburn.

As a graphic designer, Courtney created the movie poster for No Evidence of Man (2025).
