Maddie Grove

Maddie Martin was drawn to the entertainment industry at a young age, as the granddaughter to actors, musicians, and dancers. She studied in the industry and craft in Atlanta, GA, attending the prestigious performing arts high school, Pebblebrook (CCCEPA). After high school, she moved to California to be closer to the major TV hub. She attended University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated with honors with a BFA in Acting.

After graduating from college, she moved down to Los Angeles to begin a career in tv, film, and voice over. She simultaneously was managing a salon and working as a professional organizer to high profile clients. Eventually, Maddie decided to combine her experience with the industry, business management, and extreme organization to venture into talent management.

Within her first year of management, she doubled the company's size and revenue, helped non-union clients get into SAG, place clients in major movies and television shows, and developed organizational systems that make sure all clients receive excellent service.

She continues to keep her creativity alive through voice over, improv comedy, and music composition. Maddie believes that all talent reps should find a way to stay in the artistic community and know how to relate to the performer's experience.
