Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Robert Kirkendall grew up in San Jose, California, attended San Jose State University, and lives in Santa Cruz, California. He began writing in the early 1990s and worked at a variety of jobs over the years to support his habit. In Santa Cruz he became a member of the Briefly Scene play-writing workshop where he developed the scripts for the drama anthology Pacific Television Theater. His stage plays have been performed off-off-Broadway at Manhattan Repertory Theatre, Theater for the New City, Equity Library Theater, and New York Theater Festival. He has also published a number of short stories and other writings on his website robertkirkendall.com.
