Andre Lima is an award-winning Brazilian-Australian producer known for championing diverse narratives and high-concept genre pieces within the independent film landscape.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Lima has built a reputation for fostering inclusive stories that resonate on a global scale. His professional trajectory is defined by a consistent presence at major international markets, including the Frontières Co-production Market in Montreal, where his feature projects "The Halfway House" and "Penny Lane Is Dead" were selected for prestigious development and financing strands in 2025 and 2022 respectively.

Lima’s portfolio spans feature films, television, and acclaimed short subjects that have toured the international festival circuit. His 2017 film "Mrs McCutcheon" earned an AACTA Award nomination and was selected for the inaugural Live Action Kids pitch at MIPCOM in Cannes. Other notable works include the award-winning short "Tarneit", which secured numerous accolades across festivals such as the Iris Prize and St Kilda Film Festival, and the horror short "Maggie May", which was featured at genre festivals including Toronto After Dark and FilmQuest. His experience also extends to international documentary production, exemplified by the Brazilian Ministry of the Arts supported project "From Where I Stand".
