Biography

Mira Ticlao is a Writer, Producer, and a Production Manager. She has been working in the media industry for 13 years and she is also producing films on the side of her corporate work.

Among the notable films she took part in was "Nakaw" which won the Best Short Film in Gawad Urian 2017 and was exhibited at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner. She also produced the first short film of Xian Lim entitled, "Our Love Story" which was screened at Spanish Filmfest in 2019. Her short films "Tubero" and "Dad-aan Na" garnered prestigious awards locally and internationally. Her latest produced film is "Sinag" which was funded by Samsung and exhibited at their first mobile film festival along with the masterpieces of known directors in the country. She also participated in the recent Platform Busan last October 2023. She was one of the Filipino delegates and Film Development Council scholar.
