Seppe Van Grieken

Seppe Van Grieken is an international Cinematographer and active member of the SBC. He started his career in Beijing, where he attended the Beijing Film School, and went on to shoot Tribeca Film Festival selected King of Peking (Netflix) as well as Yuen Woo-Ping's Master Z (Dave Bautista, Michelle Yeoh, Max Zhang) which closed the Busan Film Festival in 2018, and was nominated for best action choreography at the 2018 Golden Horse Festival. Dividing his time between Europe and Asia he works in the UK regularly, where he found long time collaborator Freddie Waters (Dim Sum, Luger, Waiting) and most recently teamed up with Tom Shankland (The Missing, House of Cards, Les Miserable, The Punisher) on BBC1/Netflix series The Serpent.
