She is best known for having composed scores for multiple short films, including 2019's Cached in which she won multiple Best Original Score awards. May also has a strong cult following in the alternative music scene for her work as songwriter, guitarist and singer of the garage-punk band The May Company. She resides in Orange, Ca. (October 2016)
