Biography

Fabricio Baessa is a VES Award Winner Visual Effects Supervisor with over 20 years of experience delivering world-class visual effects for major Hollywood productions. I'm driven by the challenge of blending artistry, technology, and teamwork to create visuals that elevate storytelling and leave a lasting impact.

He had the privilege of supervising blockbuster titles such as Black Adam, Uncharted, and the VES Award-winning Last Night in Soho, along with Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Devotion, and Spy Kids: Armageddon. Before that, he contributed as CG and Compositing Supervisor on Wonder Woman 1984 and Men in Black: International, and as CG Lead on Deadpool 2, The Fate of the Furious, and the Academy Award-winning Blade Runner 2049.

His career began in Brazil, where he spent 15 years building and leading VFX teams for film, television, commercials and feature - an experience that shaped his hands-on understanding of the full VFX pipeline, from on-set supervision to final delivery.
