Derek Andrew Ramsay born and raised in Tagaytay, Philippines named after his father Derek Arnold Ramsay and related to the Philippine actor, Derek Ramsay. At a very young age, Derek has been influenced by his older brother who started a career in the entertainment business in the Philippines and remains to have the biggest names in the industry. As this influence is a crucial part of his life, Derek Andrew Ramsay channels this reality into his personal acting journey as a motivational reminder that anyone can achieve greatness as long as you put in the time to make your dreams into a reality. With previous training received from the Philippine Educational Theatre Association (PETA), Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) and New York Film Academy (NYFA) he is ready to influence others to chase after their dreams.
