(June 1, 2019) Married her boyfriend of 2 years Dimitri Rassam at the Prince's Palace of Monaco. They have 7-month-old son Balthazar together. Their engagement was reported in March 2018. Casiraghi was visibly pregnant by the summer and the couple chose to postpone a wedding until after the birth of their child.

As of May 21, 2018, she is 11th in line to the throne of Monaco.

Has two sons: Raphaël Elmaleh (b. December 17, 2013) with her ex-boyfriend Gad Elmaleh (they dated from December 2011 to June 2015); Balthazar Rassam (b. October 23, 2018) with her husband Dimitri Rassam.
