Ariel Orama López qualified for the Oscars (Academy Screening Room) in the Short Film Categories in 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025. He represented his country at the following venues: The American Pavilion during Cannes (2022), Animation in Cannes (2023), World of Film - Cannes (2024), and World of Film - Venice Production Bridge during the Venice Biennale (2024), with hundreds of laurels and international awards. He has screened several projects at the Grauman Theater on Hollywood Boulevard, California, through festival selections, becoming the first Puerto Rican director and lead actor to achieve these milestones in the Short Film category between 2018 and 2024. Ariel earned a doctoral degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Political Management and Governance, summed to his experience and education in acting and Film.
