Laneikka is an Australian writer and actor. At seventeen, Laneikka became the youngest published playwright in Australia for 'Dead Skin' winner of SA State Theatre Company's Young Playwrights Award, performed in Sydney and LA. Laneikka's screenwriting debut 'Oi' was selected for Melbourne International Film Festival in 2024. Laneikka's documentary on neurodiverse families 'The Real Pleasure' is in development with Screen Australia. Giving women, non-binary and queer people a nuanced voice with agency is at the heart of all of Laneikka's work.
