Human nature is to try and escape the hard things, so it's a challenge to make a conscious decision of leaving that in the past, in the moment of time, and making the conscious decision to move forward from here. They're the same thing in essence, but there are different connotations with the words, so I guess it comes down to being intentional with out decisions and the choices we make.
