Biography

Ismail Dundar is a Turkish theatre actor and director.

He completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin and began his theatre training at a Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School. In 2001, he was admitted to the Selcuk University State Conservatory, Department of Theatre, graduating in 2005.

Following his graduation, Dundar worked as an actor with several theatre companies, Konya Municipality Theatre, and Konya State Theatre.

In 2005, he joined the Eskisehir Metropolitan Municipality City Theatres, where he has continued his professional career as an actor. Between 2013 and 2015, he served as head of the Traditional Turkish Theatre Unit and has also directed various stage productions. He remains active as an actor with Eskisehir Metropolitan Municipality City Theatres.
