Justin Butts(III)

Justin Michael Butts was raised in Galesburg, Illinois by Tracey (Kitchen Manager) and Tracy (Truck Driver). Ever since a young boy he was playing characters around the house, unknowingly already becoming an actor. He has also always had an interest in athletics, he was a defensive lineman in Junior High Football, he began weightlifting in High School, a hobby he enjoys to this day. Butts has always immersed himself in the arts, mainly music and film. Throughout High School he took guitar lessons and played in 2 garage bands. At the age of 21, he was briefly an electronic music DJ. In 2012, he began attending Carl Sandburg College where he was a part of the school's Drama Club. He went on to graduate in 2014 with an Associate's Degree in Arts. He began his acting career in Chicago, Illinois at the age of 22, with 2017's "The Blockade Runner". In late 2018, he made his move to Los Angeles to further pursue his acting career. In 2021 he played many different characters in the online sketch comedy series "'Mates", which he also wrote and produced for. To continue honing his craft, in 2024, he began training at Playhouse West studying the Meisner Technique.
