Amanda Kristen Troisi is an American actress, writer, and director known for her versatile talents and compelling performances. She gained recognition for her leading role in "The Jogger" (2023), a film circulating in festivals, and nominated for several best acting performances. Amanda also starred as Gail in "RUN!" (2022), available on Amazon Prime, and as Carley Smith in "Abducted: SCCS 2020" (2020), where she won awards for both best director and best actress.

In 2024, Amanda's career soared with several significant projects. She won Best Actress at multiple festivals for her performance in "Paradox" (2024). Her short film "Caterpillar" (2024), an artistic exploration of depression and suffering behind the facade of social media and societal expectations, was submitted to Tribeca. Amanda also starred in "Edelweiss" (2024) and the horror film "All You Can Eatz" (2024).

Outside of her professional work, Amanda is dedicated to honing her craft through acting classes and enjoys watching films. She also finds joy in painting and writing.
