Biography

Dheeraj Denny was born in a small town of Kallettumkara, Thrissur. He was brought up at his father's home at Aluva, Kerala. His father, Denny Bonaventure is a Private back employee and mother Daisy Denny a home marker. He has an elder brother Deepak Denny, who is now working in a private back just like his father. Dheeraj completed his graduation in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from FISAT on 2011. Later he joined Yokogawa as an instrumentation engineer at Bangalore. This is during this time he acted in his very first short film "Engane Thudangum", by Vishnu Pradeep(2012). Later he changed his company to ABB, Bangalore. The passion for acting was so frustrating that he resigned his will paid job and headed to his homeland for a fresh start. There he attended many auditions and got selected in one. "Y" was his first commercial movie directed by Sunil Ibrahim at 2016. The movie was critically acclaimed but was not a box office hit. Then he got noticed in "Vaarikuzhiyile Kolapathakam" through his song sequence. He also did an album "Onam Ponthiruvonam" which became a YouTube popular. The character of Govindan in the movie "Kalki" was his first small break in the industry as he played the role very elegantly. Now he has acted as lead in two movies "Karnan Napoleon Bhagatsingh" and "Michael's Coffee House" awaiting releases.
