Farhad Delaram

Farhad Delaram is an award-winning writer and director born in Tehran, Iran. He graduated from the University of Tehran with a master's degree in cinema and has directed nine independent short films. His short, Tattoo won the Crystal Bear award at the 69th Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale) and has screened in over 90 film festivals across the globe picking up numerous awards along the way and is part of the Criterion Collection. Delaram's first feature film, Achilles had its world premiere at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival before screening at the 71st San Sebastian Film Festival.
