Justin Tinto was born on 3 June 1982 in Canterbury, England. He trained at St Edmund’s, where he first discovered acting, and later studied Performing Arts at King Alfred’s, Winchester. A former sports scholar, he represented both county and country in golf and squash, and captained multiple school teams.
Justin began his career in Dubai, working across TV commercials, fashion, and print, before returning to the UK to train at Pinewood Studios and The Actors Studio under Tim Kent. He later moved to Los Angeles, continuing his training at The Marcia Tillman Actors Studio while working with Elevate Entertainment.
He has appeared in a range of television pilots, feature films, and short films, including the multi-award-winning Manipulation (directed by Matt Routledge), for which he received Best Actor awards at international festivals including LA Shorts and the Italian Shorts Film Festival.
Justin wrote, produced, and starred in The Awakening an independent feature film. Ready to be released in 2026.
