Member of the U.S. Canoeing Team in the 1976 Olympic Games at Montreal. Won gold medals in the K-1 Slalom team event at the 1973 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships at Muotathal, Switzerland and the 1974 US Slalom Kayak National Championships at Buena Vista, Colorado.
