Mieke was born in Helden, Limburg, the Netherlands on November 3, 1988. She got her bachelor's degree in International Media and Entertainment Management at the NHTV in Breda, the Netherlands and her Master's degree in Film and Media Producing at Lund University, Sweden.
She works as Video Production Coordinator at BriljantNet, a multimedia company based in Breda, the Netherlands. She works on (short) films and music video's mainly as producer, production manager or 1st AD.
