Sean McVay was born on January 24, 1986 in Marietta, Georgia, USA. He is an actor, known for Cradle of Coaches (2026), The NFL on CBS (1956) and NFL Monday Night Football (1970). He has been married to Veronika Khomyn since June 4, 2020.

Grandson of John McVay, former San Francisco 49ers general manager.

On January 12, 2017, McVay was hired as the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams at the age of 30, which made him the youngest hired head coach in NFL history, surpassing Lane Kiffin.

Was an offensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins (2014-2017) before being hired as the L.A Rams head coach.

At age 30, is the youngest head coach to lead his team to a Super Bowl.
