Lee started off young, at just 12 years old, he began acting and by 16, he was on spotlight and represented by an agent. Due to him wanting to further his career as efficiently as possible, he decided to produce his own film. He gained some reputation in his local filmmaking community for this and has continued working in production since. Today, Lee studies at the University of Salford: BA Film Production.
