Tyler's two passions collided at the age of 11 when he got his first on-camera acting job promoting the opening of a local skate park. Tyler made the move to Los Angeles after studying Animation.

- Tyler Sopland was diagnosed with Poland Syndrome at age 5. He was born without his left pectoral and surrounding muscles over his heart, making it extremely dangerous for him to play combat sports. Skateboarding soon became his "safe" choice at age 10 and so on.
