Hailing from New Zealand, Anna-Mai began her career behind the camera working for TVNZ before making the move to Australia to study acting. She has written and produced short film Professional Development, which won the Best International Comedy award at the 2023 London International Short Film Festival. Her new comedy web-series Adelaide and Rome is due to be released in 2024.
